Pros: The company was founded with great values, and they really care about their employees. I just started as a software engineer out of the SF office, and I love working here so much. My team is awesome, and we are working with some really cool technologies. Plus, there is a huge market opportunity for the product overall!
Cons: I honestly can't think of any!

Pros: Good compensation, but it feels like a trap.
Cons: No management support. There are lots of benefits on paper, but in reality, you can't benefit from any of it. Managers are inhuman, especially after layoffs. Everyone is trying to play politics.
