The interview process included an initial recruiter round, a 1:1 interview with a Senior Engineer, and a final virtual on-site interview split over two days.
Interviews on Day 2 were cancelled based on the performance during Day 1. This approach is not ideal, as the candidate was not fully assessed without completing the entire interview process.
