Pros: Additional PTO via Thank You Days is nice.
Cons: There is virtually no new hiring for US/Canada/Ireland positions; jobs are being offshored to India.
The problems caused by offshore teams cost us a lot of time and money, with surely no net gains.
They also made promotions much more difficult to come by.
There is a 50% in-office requirement.
