Cons: The new CEO is changing the culture fast, for the worst. They keep lying about RTO, such as saying office attendance won't be tracked, then tracking it.
You cannot trust a word the top management says; they have gone back on their words far too often.
On-call is far too busy and poorly compensated.

Pros: The company was founded with great values, and they really care about their employees. I just started as a software engineer out of the SF office, and I love working here so much. My team is awesome, and we are working with some really cool technologies. Plus, there is a huge market opportunity for the product overall!
Cons: I honestly can't think of any!
