I submitted my resume at the career fair.

I was contacted 3 1/2 weeks later, and they notified me that they would soon reach out for phone interview scheduling.

Three weeks later, I was finally given a few interview slots to choose from, and I quickly submitted my preferences.

However, I did not find out that the interview had been scheduled until I received a call from the interviewer himself, asking if this was a good time!

My advice to recruiters: please be more responsive and try to cut the recruitment process down a few weeks. Great potential candidates may have received offers before they have the chance to receive one from Workday.

This is just a phone screening to talk about personal projects.
