Pros

The company has done a great job in establishing its foothold in the industry.

Cons
  • Low compensation compared to industry standard.
  • Difficult to move across teams.
  • HR team is very difficult to work with; slow and all talk, no action.
  • Proprietary language makes it difficult for people to advance in careers.
  • Slow moving for teams with mature applications.
Advice to Management
  • Invest in new technologies.
  • Encourage leadership growth opportunities.
  • Offer better compensation.
  • Do not stop people from exploring other opportunities across the company.
  • Don't segment the company based on products; Workday is still one umbrella.
