OK salary compensation package. Life depends on which org you are working for; some of them are okay, some others are bad, e.g. IPE.
The culture and values this company has been proud of are eroding. If you are new and fresh, you may find this is a good place to work. But if you have been here long enough, you would feel the only value left is profitability; everything, including employees that stop the company from being more profitable, will be discarded.
Micromanagement at its worst. I have never worked in a company that has such intense micromanagement. Basically, there is not much room for mistakes.
