Advice to Management

Vet engineering managers extremely carefully. Don't lay off the employees who will innovate, but also retain employees that are a drag on the business. Competitors are going to steal your market share unless you're able to deliver features fast, but your platform organization is lost, unwilling to change and adapt to face the challenge of providing an application that is a delight for customers to use.
