It feels a bit like a cult when DEI is the backbone of everything. It is a subjective opinion, and I wrote it because I really don't have anything bad to say, besides this perceived abuse of DEI.
Some do not have the skills to build trust with their team members.
Had a phone screen with a recruiter. Was told a colleague would reach out the day after to schedule the next several technical rounds with the hiring team. Was ghosted after that.
