Mentorship, management, and senior engineers have taken me under their wing to ensure my development and growth in multi-facets, including but not limited to personal, professional, and technical.
I was brought on as an intern; however, I was treated and respected as a full-time employee, given the opportunity to learn and work as a full member of the scrum team during a release cycle.
There were lots of team happy hours to get to know your teammates on a personal level.
Nothing I can think of. Really not sure why the other person is so negative.
Keep up with the good work and continue to rally the team to deliver excellent quality software.
