Overall, a great company to work for
Pay, stock, and snacks. The company is pretty good to employees, just generally speaking.
It's enterprise; be prepared for process on process.
I think we're trying to fix too many issues with process or policy. Most of what I see is rooted in cultural differences, and I believe they should be addressed as such, even though that's harder.
