Skills of employers are not given importance. Managers dominated the place. Long-time directors with no knowledge of new technology are given more voice than employees with more skills. Joined Workday with lots of hope, but alas, it became just like another organization. Sad.
Please listen to the voice of the employee and make sure you have skip-level meetings. This will help in knowing the pain of employees, minus the manager.
The interview was a one-on-one, very casual session. I was not asked to complete whiteboard problems. They discussed their role within the company. They had a printout of my CV and asked me to elaborate on specific sections, such as my projects.
The interview process was hassle-free. The interviewer made me feel comfortable. The recruiter first contacted me, described the entire interview process, made everything clear, and also told me what would be asked in the interview.
Applied online. * 10-minute call with the recruiter giving an overview of the role. * 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. * 7-day coding test. * 3 more interviews, one reviewing the coding test. * Follow-up less than a week later.
