Pros

Beautiful campus, great people to work with, great internship program, good salary, career mobility, flexibility, location.

Cons

Workday uses a proprietary "programming language" that doesn't feel like programming at all. It feels like having this on my resume limits my career prospects.

Advice to Management

None. Management is awesome.
