I talked to a recruiter at an on-campus career fair and was offered an on-campus interview for the following day. I received an email about 4 days later and was offered an on-site interview for the following week.

Was referred by a friend in October 2018. Had an on-campus interview, followed shortly by a behavioral interview by phone. The interview was mostly analyzing relationships in a UML diagram, and no coding was involved.
