The process was clear-cut, and the expectations were laid out ahead of time. There was little ambiguity about what was expected. However, it was a difficult and time-consuming process to go through.

It was for a returnship position. I had an interview only with the hiring manager. The hiring manager explained everything to me very nicely. However, my experience didn't match the requirements, so I was rejected.
