Good perks. Good workplace. Health care.
Bad leadership. They hire more and more managers and micromanage people. Managers are quite pushy. They don't care about you; they care about their KPIs. It makes me feel I am a slave here.
The company aims to turn around and highly invests in AI, but there are little outcomes from it.
A couple of layoffs in the past two years make people feel uncertainty.
Stop hiring too many managers, as they make little contributions.
