Loved the work clubs (volleyball, dance, etc.) and the culture of not working on vacations. The flexible work schedule on my team was also very accommodating.
Sometimes priorities flowing down from higher levels would get muddled.

I had a couple of interviews with no follow-up. They were mostly behavioral and culture fit questions. I was applying for a military veteran program, and I guess the Marine who interviewed me didn't like how I served.
