Workday

The technical side was poorly done and not very thorough. It gave them no idea of my skill set. The people were nice, though one interviewer was a little rude. He cut the interview short.

I had a couple of interviews with no follow-up. They were mostly behavioral and culture fit questions. I was applying for a military veteran program, and I guess the Marine who interviewed me didn't like how I served.

Met with the recruiter and was dismissed by the hiring manager. The hiring manager didn't believe my experience aligned with the role. My background is in Information Technology / System Administration.
