Good work-life balance. Great pay and benefits.
Old leadership that sometimes feels out of touch. Not as many perks as MAANG, but good enough, honestly. Probably never want to work on Xpresso dev.
Interviewed on the phone. Asked about background and academic accomplishments. Wanted to know if I did any internships while at school. Told me a little about the job, but never got a callback.
Standard interview, but I only met the manager. After receiving the offer, I asked to speak with someone not on management level. They did not like me asking questions about the manager and cancelled the offer. BIG RED FLAGS
The interview was easy. I thought it would be a tough one, but it wasn't. I wasn't bombarded with DSA and the usual suspects, just straight assessments and discussion around modern topics like Git and general DOM.
