Leadership is awful and bloated. Leaders have no idea what they’re doing, hire people in low-cost areas who don’t know anything, and are so focused on cost-cutting they’re laying off knowledgeable people. Lots of great people are leaving.
The product is falling apart. There's lots of unexpected downtime and the leaders are panicked.
It feels like the company is going to die.

There were a few rounds of coding interviews. The first round involved discussing projects done before the interview. There was also lunch with the director and a quick chat with the hiring manager at the end of the interview process.
The panel had six rounds, followed by a tech round. It was friendly and not too difficult. There was also a break in between. Overall, it was a good experience.
