Lots of monetary benefits and authority over work.
There are no cons at all.
There were three rounds of interviews. These consisted of: * An initial coding exam * A behavioral interview * A final live coding session I interviewed with different people across the country virtually for the coding and behavioral sessions.
It was nice, easy, and smooth. It was really amazing and simple, requiring no coding, just critical thinking. Then, meeting with the director of the group was highly interesting, and I learned a lot.
The interviewer had a whiteboard question and was very informative. He even stayed extra time to answer additional questions. The first round consisted of both technical and behavioral questions. The second round will be purely behavioral.
