Good Pay
It was good later in 2024, but no longer good in terms of employees first.
Earlier, the workday used to have an employee-first policy that offered really good facilities.
But now, around the end of 2024, they are stopping all employee-friendly policies. I suppose they are moving towards a profit-first approach, like other companies.
Things are getting worse.
