Solutions Architect Interview Experience - United States

Process

There is a kickoff call and then four separate video interviews. Each interview has two interviewers.

The first stage is two interviews with other SAs. If you get selected to move on to the second stage, the next two interviews are with managers.

In all four interviews, they ask the same set of questions, so you're just repeating yourself in every interview. Why do you need four interviews to ask the same questions?

Whole process took six weeks. Interviews were done in three weeks, and it took three weeks to hear anything back.

It ended with a rejection letter with the reasoning being they don’t believe my experience fit the role. It took nine (one recruiter and eight interviewers) different people to apparently come to this conclusion. After the first two interviews, I feel like this should’ve been evident, as they asked the same set of questions in every interview!
