Great culture and product. The teams are pretty busy with work. Newer technology and a great atmosphere.
There really isn't a con that I can think of unless it were the fact that pay is monthly instead of bi-weekly or two times a month.
Overall, the experience wasn't good. The first interaction with a recruiter went great; she spent a lot of time asking questions to determine if it was a good fit. After that call, the communication was really sporadic, always through Jobvite emails.
A couple of phone interviews, then an in-person "five meeting extravaganza." Arrived, and things were running late. The last meeting ended up not happening in person but on the phone.
Met in person at a career fair. Invited to an online interview. The first 30 minutes were basic questions and scenarios. The last 30 were technical questions and pair programming. Seemed pretty easy, and they were very friendly!
