- Great environment filled with smart & driven people.

- Open workspace (Standing desks).
- Flexible with working remote (They provide a laptop).
- Open communication from my boss, with frequent 1-on-1 meetings and no surprises.
- Promotes good work/life balance (though this probably depends on the team).
- Average age is young (22-35).
Technical
- Modern technology stack (Dart, Go, Python), depending on the team.
- Code review process is beneficial.
- Practices continuous deployment.
- No 401K match
- Monthly pay periods
Technical
- Documentation sometimes in multiple places (working to fix this though)
- Occasionally duplicated efforts stemming from unclear communication
- Security precautions due to being a public company can sometimes be a hold up (rightfully so)
I see a lot of negative feedback about management on other reviews. I think the main problem was miscommunication (specifically in R&D), but they've been working to fix this with some restructuring of management. I haven't had these issues with my direct manager, but the communication from the top down hasn't been the clearest at times. Hopefully, these changes will resolve that.
