• Modern technology stack (Dart, Go, Python), depending on the team.
• Code review process is beneficial.
• Practices continuous deployment.

Technical

• Documentation sometimes in multiple places (working to fix this though)
• Occasionally duplicated efforts stemming from unclear communication
• Security precautions due to being a public company can sometimes be a hold up (rightfully so)

I see a lot of negative feedback about management on other reviews. I think the main problem was miscommunication (specifically in R&D), but they've been working to fix this with some restructuring of management. I haven't had these issues with my direct manager, but the communication from the top down hasn't been the clearest at times. Hopefully, these changes will resolve that.
