The engineering team are mostly from lower-tier state universities, are over-hyped, and overestimate themselves. Engineers are way over their heads and think too highly of themselves. Exaggerated tasks and minor features take a ridiculous amount of time to deliver, and are mostly in poor quality. They spend too much time praising themselves for jobs well done, without an idea of how other highly successful companies do their software.
