Phone call with recruiter, face-to-face with manager, two one-hour Google Hangouts with the dev team and architect. I thought it was a laid-back, easy process where I got to meet the team and talk about my experience as a developer.

Easy process and easy questions, one interview. I did well on the interview (according to the interviewer). Then I got ghosted for two weeks with no response. The recruiter would not respond to emails.

The process began with a brief phone screening, followed by an online interview. During the online interview, we did pair programming exercises in JavaScript and were asked questions about compatibility with the company culture.
