Similar to other feedback, the recruiters are nice, but the hiring manager (ostensibly an Engineering Director who's been with the founders since before their pivot to the AI gravy train) is actually a mid-level IC who urgently needs interview training. The biggest red flag for me was that nobody I spoke to could clearly articulate either the value proposition of the company or what their largest use cases are, beyond high-level handwaving about AI agents.
