Good at Copying OpenAI, No Idea How to Innovate
The company has a lot of visibility in the market. People will recognize it on your resume as a Musk company, and that can be a good thing.
Disorganized 20-somethings breaking things and moving fast. No direction from the top. What this amounts to is a lot of chaos and nothing getting done. They hire people who are impossible to manage. Got sick of nothing getting done, so I left.
Hire people who actually know what they're doing, not obnoxious Harvard undergrads.

Software Engineering Specialist
One 1-hour assessment, medium-hard LeetCode. Completed the assessment, then had a 30-minute technical interview with an engineer. The second interview was with a manager, and that was a 1-hour technical interview that was similar to the type of work
Backend Engineer
It was good. I enjoyed the interview. Just ran short of time, but the questions were well-structured in the online assessment. Haven’t heard back from the interviewers yet, but hoping to get a good response.
