It started with a phone interview. The interviewer asked very basic questions. After one week, I was called for a 1:1 interview.
The position was for an Automation Engineer. However, I am in Manual Testing, which was clearly mentioned on my resume and also stated in the phone interview.
Even though I was called for the 1:1 interview, the interviewer asked all basic questions on testing. They drilled me for 1.5 hours, and afterwards, HR told me I was not suited for their business requirements.
They have a serious flaw in hiring. Before calling people, kindly go through resumes properly and check if they are suited for the job or not.
All in all, utterly disappointed.
