Process

The interview process began with a screening call with a recruiter, followed by a full day onsite with five other interviewees.

The screening call was informal, focusing on the position, your interest in working there, and your background and experience.

The onsite portion consisted of three rounds:

  • The first round was a one-hour coding question. Candidates who passed this moved on to the interviews.
  • The first interview was technical.
  • The second interview was managerial, competency, and personality-based.

All interviewers and recruiters were very relaxed, positive, and easy to talk with.
