Spoke with a recruiter at a career fair and handed in my resume. Was contacted a few weeks later to set up a phone interview. The first round involved interviewing with a Software Engineer. I was asked basic front-end questions regarding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I was contacted immediately to set up a second round phone interview. I spoke with the Hiring Manager and was not asked any technical questions. The interview focused on web optimization and culture/personal work questions.
