Process
Initially, I was contacted by a recruiter via email.
I had two phone rounds over a period of three weeks.
After that, I was called onsite for an in-person interview. The decision came in after a week. HR was very prompt and expedited the decision process.

The interviews were more like discussions on a wide range of topics, including:

Company tries to hold you by delaying the Green Card process

Pros: 1. Free food.
2. Relaxed work environment.
Cons: 1) I was told my green card process would get started after 3 months of employment. But PERM filing took about 9 months, even that happened after fighting with HR. HR blocked green card processing for almost 4 months by saying Yahoo does the processing in batch mode. Don't trust HR people's words on green card. By giving little money, they want you to be held for at least 3 years. Also, I140 stage processing through premium is not allowed, even if you pay out of your pocket.
2) Poor architectural design; they never care about building right components. They hire C players.

Pros: I work with some of the nicest and smartest folks in the industry. The work done here has an impact on the future of the web, and is done at a scale that is definitely uncommon. It's nice to be a part of the history and to have a possible legacy with a worldwide consumer audience. It's also nice to work for a company I don't have to spell to friends and relatives or explain what the company does.
Foosball, volleyball, gym, life-balance considerations, and other perks are nice too.
Cons: My commute isn't the greatest, although the shuttle buses are nice.
