Process
I had two phone interviews, both including technical questions, such as algorithms and background discussions. They were not very difficult.
The onsite interview was held with four people. The questions on the onsite were also not very difficult when compared to other companies I interviewed with.
The people there were very nice. Yahoo has its famous "Y! Day," where I also met some other applicants.
Questions
I didn't prepare for Unix operations, so that question was unexpected.
