The interviewer was a technical hiring manager. Unfortunately, I had been thinking the first phone interview should be with an HR person. Therefore, I was a little surprised when the interviewer started to ask technical questions.
The technical questions were not hard. They involved Selenium, Hudson, test frameworks, interfaces, and localization.
I was a little nervous, so I did not perform very well. I should have practiced and prepared more.
