Yahoo hires top quality; the products and science are pretty good.
The company has no direction and it is a dying company. The projects get changes from India to Sunnyvale so often. There is no sense of ownership. Some of the managers at Yahoo are not good with people management.
Tell the employee this is what you will work on for the next six months, and have some career prospects for them.
