In general, company benefits and salary are good. It still has a lot of good engineers. But job satisfaction is missing. The company is sluggish. If you like a fast-paced environment, work for a startup. Now, there seems to be no reason to work for Yahoo. The management has been clueless for years and driven the company into the ground.
