Pros

Things were kind of stagnant under Bartz and Thompson. Marissa Meyer has really stepped up to make life better for the employees and get rid of soul-crushing dysfunction.

There's a lot more transparency and feedback mechanisms now.

Internal training.

Can work on well-recognized consumer brands.

Cons

It's still a large company.

Even though Marissa's made a lot of changes, there's still some work to be done.

Shuttle schedules don't have a ton of options.
