I can say now more than 50% are from India. So, if you are not Indian, be very careful. You may be backstabbed and get fired, and another Indian will come from Bangalore and will take your place. Be very cautious.
Transferring people from Bangalore to work in the US should have more limitations. It seems slowly there is no more room for non-Indians to work at Yahoo.
