Good health and wellness benefits. Mostly good people. Free lunch. Good location with parking garage. People care about what they are doing.

Cons

AOL and Yahoo culture clash.

Poor communication, unreasonable deadlines for everything.

Too much politics.

Too many councils and red tape to get things done.

Advice to Management

L2s need to talk to each other and plan with each other.

Security initiatives, CTO consolidations, and product consolidations take time.

Get in tune with your working line to understand what these things take to get done.
