The work-from-home policy is good.
- Extremely poor upper management.
- Frequent layoffs.
- Leaders are out of reach. Engineers do not have any idea of what's going on with the leadership.
- Leaders are changed so frequently that one could ever imagine.
- Reorganizations are always happening, and leaders are changing. Forget the promotion cycles. You only have to worry about layoffs due to reorganizations.
Share about products and try to analyze them and improve, rather than firing employees all the time.
