Uncertain career. Salaries at 50-60 percentile. Managers have no clue of work visa immigration support. No HR in this office location. No payroll staff in this office location. No immigration staff in this office location. Most employees are locals and also the citizens. Extreme winter weather. If you're an immigrant, you'll be treated badly. No promotions. No rewards.
You guys killed the company and are waiting on severance. There are so many folks in management and executive positions, and a smaller number of individual contributors. Good people have already left.
