An ex-AOLer. They were great to work for. Depending on what side of the business you worked on, it was rewarding. I've heard mixed reviews on salaries, but I was happy with mine, and they even did a salary review with an increase.

AOL has now merged with Yahoo to become Oath. There is a lot of uncertainty as to how significant the work will be given to those offices outside of Yahoo headquarters in CA. Also, longer hours are likely if you happen to be working with colleagues in CA.
