Fellow employees are welcoming and hard-working.
Managers will try their best to keep you happy (at least from my experience).
They welcome experimenting with different platforms.
The merge with Verizon has been taking a long time for the company to settle. As a result, the company has had to let many capable employees go because of budgeting issues and its rebranding process.
The company is trying to merge to a subscription model, but still survives off of ad revenue. Because they are a media source, they rely on clicks.
A lot of discussions and decisions will revolve around how to get a customer to subscribe or how to get a customer to click on an ad.
