You also get a chance to work with some very smart people.
Very uncertain environment, bloated middle management, constant reorgs. In two years, I saw four reorgs, which was very unsettling. You never know if you are going to work on the same thing or will be switched to a different project.
Clean up the mid-level management. Please reduce the layoff/hiring cycles.
