Great products and amazing engineers. It's a great place to learn and have fun at the same time. You will meet some of the best engineers and legends in their own right.
Highly bureaucratic, with more Product Managers and EVPs and VPs than engineers. I would say it has more VPs/EVPs than Cisco, Sun, or IBM. The company is driven by non-tech people, to the frustration of many engineers who actually innovate and power the company. It's really sad.
Stop politics, start working. Or at least let us work.
Respect engineers and individual contributors.
Focus, focus, focus. Be a tech company. Be bold. Be cutting-edge.
