Good career prospects for Desi people. Flagship products like Mail, Media, and Shopping are run by Desi people from the bottom up. Major products like Messenger and Mail backend have moved to India. It's easy to get director-level positions in Bangalore if you are willing to move there.

- It has now become a stack-ranking company: the top 25% receives a bonus, the middle 50% gets nothing, and the bottom 25% is to be laid off.
- Managers offered a bonus to manage out the bottom 25%.
- Failed immigration department, with thousands of Desi people stuck in green card queues forever.
Do the layoffs ASAP. Don't let it wait; morale is getting down.
