Need a better vision. The management should have better market understanding, and the CEO should have better sales experience. Just refreshing products, office space, or the logo doesn't add value. When hiring, try to get the best top-level management. The QPR process sucks.
Instead of refreshing the products, we need to come up with innovative products.
Increase the products' space.
Stop changing the logo to the same one, changing the office layouts, and changing L2s.
Stop buying companies that don't make sense, like Tumblr and Polyvore, and wasting shareholders' money.
