Process
Two one-hour technical interviews will aim to determine your ability to program and solve problems in real-time. Problems can be Olympiad-style, but solutions do not need to be. They must be adequate and good – the way you would implement them in production.
If successful, there will be an additional architectural design interview if you are applying for the appropriate grade.
After that, you will meet with your potential leads and talk directly about the tasks your future team is solving.
